Food, Fibre & Land International Group (FFLI) have announced a strategically important acquisition of a bio mineral fertiliser company Australian Mineral Fertilisers (AMF) with the well known “Grow Safe” brand.
FFLI are a WA based Industrial Hemp; Carbon Management, Trading and Microbial Fertiliser business group. This is FFLI’s third acquisition within 24 months and underpins a natural approach to farming, land recovery and mine rehabilitation in addition to having a joint venture with Raintree Pearls & Perfumes named Kavvabis, in the aromatherapy, aromachology, Health, Food and Beverage sectors.
FFLI Executive Chairman Tony Adcock has commented on the deal as being a strategic acquisition considering that it is important for what FFLI currently do and plan to do moving forwards.
