MOVOX has launched a mobile application so customers can make real-time changes to their MOVOX cloud PBX system without being communication experts. Available for iOS and Android mobile devices, customers can self-manage after-hours time settings, forward calls to another number, check voicemail messages and manage emergency failover – directly from their mobile, from anywhere and at any time.
The UNIVOX application has been in development for several months and its release is timely given the number of business having to make adjustments to their communication systems so employees can work from home.
