Caason Group has partnered with Israeli start-up company SyrinJector Ltd, inventors of a rapid livestock vaccination system. As global patent holders, SyrinJector’s system includes an application, a syringe gun and a cloud for “big-data” saving. The system also includes software for monitoring, analysis and informed end-user decision making.
SyrinJector aims to make mass animal vaccinations healthier for animals and safer for the worker. It is designed for large farms.
Craig Astill, Caason Group’s MD and CEO said: “The traditional livestock injection process is an arduous and laborious task, resulting in farmer fatigue and errors. SyrinJector’s system offers an accurate, faster and cost effective alternative. We look forward to investigating this exciting technology.”
Caason Group is due to receive a prototype SyrinJector gun in 2021 allowing the prospect of field trials on Aileron Pastoral Holdings (Caason’s 4000sqkm NT cattle station) to be explored.
