Caason has signed a new disruptive technology provider. German company AXSOL has developed a sodium-based battery. It’s non-flammable and more environmentally friendly compared to traditional lithium batteries while significantly expanding lifespan. Caason is now facilitating a large-scale trial project and sourcing a distribution partner for Australia, New Zealand and Sri Lanka. Given the solar energy sector relies on battery back-ups there’s significant economic benefit on offer. Caason is also supporting AXSOL in investigating country specific approvals.
